Funded Health Coaching Training for Pharmacy Staff in Aylesbury & Wycombe

Bucks Health and Social Care Academy have funded spaces for the accredited Health Coaching training course later this year. The ICB through its prevention and health inequalities funding has funded a number of spaces, and to make sure we get a range of partners who support addressing inequalities, we have allocated 4 spaces for pharmacy staff working with in the Aylesbury ( 2) or Wycombe (2) areas.
The four-day face-to-face course, designed to give staff the confidence and practical skills to support people better self-manage their health and wellbeing. Further information is below and attached, as well as video testimonials from the funded spaces last year:
Please can you share these with pharmacies in Aylesbury and Wycombe to encourage engagement and participation.

- Friday 24 October
- Thursday 6 November
- Friday 7 November

Course requirements information:
- Need to be able to commit to all 4 days of the course
- Complete a portfolio – view health coaching portfolio
- Complete a case study poster – view case study template | view case study example
- Have a change sponsor – this can be a line manager or someone more senior within your organisation that will support you with your learning. You will be asked to have three conversations and document them in your portfolio.
