Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Techniques
1st February 2017
The LPC has been working with the Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) and we are pleased to announce that training dates on the trial to establish whether Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques can enhance consultations with patients are now open for booking. Those pharmacists who were on the waiting list will have been allocated a place but there are still some spaces available. If you would like to get involved the first two training cohorts are as follows:
Option | Training date ONE | Training date TWO |
A | 01/02/2017 | 22/02/2017 |
B | 02/02/2017 | 23/02/2017 |
Time out of your clinical role comes with backfill money, which will be put back into your pharmacy and you will be contributing to a training programme people are telling us is really innovative. There is a data collection element but all you have to do is identify ten patients you are scheduled to see before and after your training days and the AHSN will do the rest.
