CPPE Leading for Change Programme

The CPPE Leading for change programme is a fully-funded 6 month leadership programme open to all registered pharmacy professionals who are in patient-facing roles and/or who provide NHS services in England and have responsibility for leading a team or leading services within their organisation. This includes pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in community pharmacy. (Note: if you have recently completed a CPPE Primary care pathway you will not be able to apply for this programme)

It is made up of four online modules:

• Achieving your potential
• Developing and managing services
• Inspiring and achieving the best from your team
• Pharmacy within the wider healthcare system

There will be two cohorts starting in October. Please apply for a cohort where you can commit to attending the mandatory online workshop dates which you select. There will be no opportunity to swap workshops, and places are limited.
