NHS Frimley claims reminder for locally commissioned winter services

Pharmacy Contractors NHS Frimley (North East Hampshire, Bracknell Forest, Slough, RBWM, Surrey Heath and Farnham).

A reminder that from 1^st April, new organisational boundaries will come into place for ICBs across the South East region, reducing the number of ICBs from 6 to 4. Through this transition, NHS Frimley will be dissolved.

As such we are reminding community pharmacies providing NHS Frimley locally commissioned winter services, that claims must be made promptly to ensure payment. The services referred to are listed below:

• Keeping people well this winter – respiratory focus: service ends February 28^th – Ideally you will claim for all activity delivered by February 28^th but please note there is a small grace period for claiming until 12^th March. The claims form will have been emailed to you.
• Minor Ailments OTC Service: service ends March 31^st – Recording activity related to this service should be occurring contemporaneously to OTC medication supply and will generate claims automatically. Therefore please ensure that all medications offered have been listed via the MS Form by midnight 31^st March and do not provide any free OTC medications past this date as NHS Frimley will not be able to reimburse you.
