Reminder: Dals interpretation and translations services go live date is the 1st of April 2025
From the 1st of April 2025 Dals will provide a unified interpretation service for GPs, dental practices, pharmacies and optometrists across BOB. Please do not use Dals’ services before the 1st of April. All previous interpretation services operating across BOB will cease on the 31st of March 2025.
Dals services
Dals provides 24/7 access to the following language services:
- on-demand telephone interpretation;
- video interpretation;
- face-to-face interpretation; and
- translation services.
Please note that this interpretation service is only available to NHS patients.
User Training
Dals is running a final user training session on the 2nd of April 2025. The training covers how to access the on demand and prebook-able translation services provided by Dals. Please register using this link: Wednesday 2nd April (14 – 15)
