Safety Message – DOAC dosing in low body weight
Please see attached the next message to be distributed, in a series produced under the oversight of the Frimley ICS Medicines Safety Group. These summarise essential key reminders or learning for busy clinicians, with the aim to share lessons from locally reported incidents across our system. Key messages from national investigations and reports may also be included.
Please share with all relevant staff, including temporary staff such as locums, and consider printing and displaying them in communal areas to ensure visibility.
