Primary Care Commissioning (PCC) is hosting a live webinar designed to help you prepare and deliver kind, effective and assertive difficult conversations, while confidently managing challenging behaviours.
Join us on Tuesday, 17th March, 7.00–9.30pm, the webinar aims to help to build confidence in handling difficult interactions, learn practical approaches you can use immediately and practise a difficult conversation in a supportive environment.
