E-Portfolio Orientation Workshops
HEE Pharmacy Team members will be hosting E-Portfolio Orientation Workshops for trainees, designated supervisors and educational leads. The sessions will provide an overview of the e-portfolio functionality and a Q&A section.

Accessing the Trainee Pharmacists Foundation Year e-portfolio
To access the e-portfolio as a trainee or designated supervisor please complete the following surveys:
Data will be matched to information received from the GPhC. All details must match to the records held by the GPhC. A mismatch can cause a delay in receiving access to the e-portfolio. It will take 2-4 weeks to process the information submitted and set up access to the e-portfolio.
Finally, as a reminder, there are regional Early Careers Training Programme Directors (EC TPDs) who will be able to support you.
