End of Life Care for Pharmacists
10th November 2022 09.00-14.45
Online
Due to an aging population living with co-morbidities, pharmacists require confidence in their ability to offer end of life care which is of a high quality. Whatever setting or practice, the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients who are approaching end of life and their families or carers will be needed. This Oxford Centre for Research in Palliative Care (OxCRPC) training day will be of interest to registered pharmacists working in all areas including Non-Medical Prescribers and Allied Health Professionals.
HEE-Funded places are available. To book your place email: Karen Allen on karen.allen@ouh.nhs.uk
