SCR Face-to-Face Training Event
12th January 2017 Food & refreshments from 6.30pm for a prompt start at 7.30pm
The John Lister Postgraduate Medical Centre, Wexham Park Hospital, Slough, Berkshire, SL2 4HL
There will be one final SCR Training event in the Thames Valley on the evening of 12th January.

Prior to attending the event you are required to have completed:
- An Acceptable User Agreement (AUA) HSCIC User Agreement form
- Your CPPE training CPPE online Module and then email CSU a copy of the certificate
