Non Communicable Disease (NCDs) or long-term conditions as they are often referred to in the UK, are characterised as being long in duration, resulting from a combination of genetic, physiological, environmental and behavioural factors1. The four main Non-Communicable Diseases; cardiovascular, respiratory diseases, diabetes and cancer, often occur with common mental health disorders.

In association with Pharmacy Management and to recognise World Mental Health Day, Upjohn UK are delighted to invite you to an educational live virtual webinar on Friday 9th October from 12pm to discuss the role that Community Pharmacy can play in the management of NCDs.

Presented by Upjohn’s senior Medical Advisor, Dr Mercede Pannozzo (PhD) and chaired by Mark Burdon FRPharmS – Community Pharmacist, Independent Prescriber and GP practice pharmacist, this live educational webinar is hosted in association with Pharmacy Management. It has been designed as part of Upjohn’s ongoing commitment to support the improvement of the burden of NCDs in UK Pharmacy with supporting educational materials available to download after the webinar.
