2025/26 Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination Evaluation Survey

As we are now approaching the end of the 2025/26 Autumn/Winter flu and COVID-19 vaccination campaigns, Public Health and COVID-19 Team are launching a short online survey. This survey will help to inform planning for next year and would really appreciate your support in completing it.

The findings of the survey will be shared with regional and national colleagues as well as with system colleagues.

The survey will close at midday on Wednesday 25th March 2026.
