SECPA Limited
SECPA Limited was established on 13 October 2025 to strengthen how community pharmacies across the Southeast collaborate in securing and delivering locally commissioned services. Because Local Pharmaceutical Committees (LPCs) are not able to hold contracts directly, many support the creation of Pharmacy Provider Companies (PPCs) to enable contractors to bid collectively and operate services through a single, unified organisation. SECPA was created for exactly this purpose.
SECPA has been formed for the benefit of contractors across the region by four LPCs:
- Sussex LPC
- Surrey LPC
- Hampshire & Isle of Wight LPC
- Thames Valley LPC
Operating on a not‑for‑profit basis, SECPA provides a shared vehicle for contract holding and tendering where commissioners require a single organisation to represent multiple pharmacies. This ensures local contractors can access opportunities, deliver services consistently, and respond collectively to commissioning needs.
