Healthier Together

The Healthier Together Campaign is about improving the quality of care for children and young people. A “mini doctor in your pocket”, accessible on a tablet, phone or PC, it covers all common illnesses. It provides clear red/amber/green traffic light pages to empower parents and all those working with children with information on when they need to see a healthcare professional and when they can self-care.
The Healthier Together App provides parents and carers with:
- Advice on what ‘Red-Flag’ signs to look out for and where to seek help if required
- Suggestions on what to do to keep a child comfortable at home and how long their symptoms are likely to last
- Push notifications to the registered phone to prompt monitoring of the condition against Red and Amber symptoms
