End of Life Care – Pharmacist Study Day

This introduction to End of Life Care for Pharmacists study day will focus on the NICE Quality Standards QS144 for Care of the Dying Adult published in 2017 and will cover:
- management of symptoms at end of life;
- difficult conversations;
- use of syringe pumps and the subcutaneous route;
- opioid conversions;
- deprescribing at EoL
