Hypertension Case Finding Service Peer Review

The South East NHSE&I team have organised this meeting for all service providers to come together to discuss the service, raise awareness of support available, and troubleshoot any problems.

There will be presentations on the support offered by NHSE&I and LPCs, and the experiences of service providers in the development of the service.  This will be followed by an open question and answer session where you can discuss anything specific to your area.
