The Pharmacy First service sees pharmacists having to have sometimes challenging conversation with patients.  This SPS event explores why conversations with patients and colleagues can be challenging, and speakers will share insights and strategies to enhance confidence.

A psychologist will outline why difficult conversations can be a challenge for some and not for others, with an opportunity for the audience to ask questions. Examples of difficult conversations with patients and colleagues will be discussed, to identify strategies to enable you to navigate difficult conversations more confidently.
