Sexual Health Bucks – Free Condoms
This summer, Brook, as part of bSHaW, will be running a social media campaign to raise awareness of the Buckinghamshire Condom Distribution Scheme (CDS) and encourage more young people to access free condoms across the county.
The campaign will run from the end of the school term and into the first few weeks of the summer holidays. One of the key messages is: “Are Things Heating Up This Summer? Don’t Forget Condoms”. This campaign aims to remind young people that condoms are an important part of looking after their sexual health and to highlight how easy they are to access through the CDS.
As you may know, young people can now access free condoms through the CDS without registering for a card, attending an appointment or providing personal details. Condoms are available from a range of participating venues across Buckinghamshire, making access easier than ever.
We’d really appreciate your support by:
- Sharing posts from Sexual Health Bucks on Facebook and @sexualhealthbucks on Instagram.
- Liking, commenting on and engaging with campaign posts to help increase their reach.
- Sharing the attached social media graphic and suggested caption (below) on your own channels.
- Sharing the attached poster and helping raise awareness of the scheme with the young people and communities you work with.
By working together, we can help ensure more young people know where and how to access free condoms this summer.
