Are you an aspiring leader, or do you know someone interested in how decisions are made at Board level?
Recruitment for the Thames Valley Mirror Board is open until 5pm on Friday 18 September 2026.
The Thames Valley Mirror Board offers aspiring leaders from across health, care and our wider system the opportunity to bring diverse perspectives to conversations that matter, contribute to strategic discussions and develop their leadership capability, confidence and understanding of Board-level decision-making.
We welcome applications from colleagues working across:
- NHS organisations
- Local authorities
- Primary care
- Social care
- Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations
- Wider health and care partner organisations
Working alongside NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board and system partners, Mirror Board members will be encouraged to provide insight, constructively challenge and bring fresh perspectives to system-level discussions. Participants do more than observe – they actively contribute to shaping thinking and decision-making across the system.
Building on the success of the original Mirror Board programme in Frimley, recruitment for the Thames Valley Mirror Board is open.
