Polypharmacy Community of Practice

The ICBs in Thames Valley (BOB & Frimley), along with the Oxford Academic Health Science Network (Oxford AHSN), have each set up a Polypharmacy Community of Practice to:

• bring together individuals and organisations with a common interest in helping to reduce overprescribing, and improve medicines safety and people’s health
• foster a system-wide culture of collaboration, shared information, learning and innovation

Any interested health and social care professionals, representatives from healthcare groups, patients or individuals from patient groups or organisations are welcome to join.
