COVID-19 and Flu: National Booking Service

Community pharmacies not already registered with NBS who wish to publish flu vaccination appointments will soon be able to request access. They will be instructed through the Primary Care Bulletin to complete a Flu CP NBS Onboarding Form with the details of 2 lead users.

Those who apply before 11 August will receive login details before 18 August (the date that sites will be able to access MYA to publish appointments for seasonal vaccinations). Later applications will receive login details within 10 working days.

Pharmacies with access to NBS for COVID-19/RSV vaccination programmes will be assigned access to flu calendars in August and should not complete the form.

Applications will be opened as soon as specifications have been agreed with Community Pharmacy England and will remain open until 9 March 2026.
