Support Your Patients with Written Medicine

Thames Valley ICB* is offering pharmacies within East Berkshire (formally under the geography of NHS Frimley ICB) the opportunity to incorporate the Written Medicine Service into their customer offer.

The Written Medicine service enables community pharmacies to provide bilingual, translated and pictogram-enhanced medicine labels which support patients who may benefit from reasonable adjustments. This service has been shown to help improve medication adherence and patient safety.

The service uses your existing equipment and is fully funded by the former Frimley ICB until 30 April 2027 after which date continuation will be provider pays.
