Expressions of Interest: Level 2 Smoking Cessation Service – OXFORDSHIRE ONLY
Solutions 4 Health are seeking expressions of interest by local community pharmacies to register for providing and delivering level 2 smoking cessation service on behalf of Smokefree Oxon across Oxfordshire. The aim of the SLA is to register local clients who wish to stop smoking and be supported for smoking cessation programme at their local pharmacies.
Referral Process:
It can be a self-referral or opportunistic referrals within community pharmacy settings.
Training:
NCSCT training to be completed by pharmacy stop smoking advisors. A face-to-face level 2 training session will be delivered by Smokefree Oxon for pharmacy stop smoking advisors. Please refer to the SLA for further details.

- Number of staff available to provide the stop smoking service
- Their designated roles
- Their weekly availability, including weekends and bank holidays
- Their experience with delivering level 2 smoking cessation service and knowledge of PharmOutcomes
