GPhC Standards for reflective account for revalidation in 2025

The GPhC standards for your reflective account for revalidation in 2025 have been set.

The standards from 1 January to 31 December 2025 are:

1. Pharmacy professionals must provide person-centred care.
2. Pharmacy professionals must work in partnership with others.
3. Pharmacy professionals must use their professional judgement.

When completing your reflective account up until 31 December 2025, select one or more of these standards and provide examples of how you have met them in your practice.
