Pharmacy hub and spoke notifications approved particulars

Following changes to the Human Medicines Regulations and updates to the Terms of Service to permit hub and spoke arrangements between different legal entities, a new set of approved particulars have been published relating to the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 as amended.

These indicate how contractors must notify their ICB pharmacy contract team when they are entering into a hub and spoke arrangement, giving at least 28 days notice. For pharmacies in the South East the notification form should be emailed to frimleyicb.southeastcommunitypharmacy@nhs.net.
