The South East Pharmacy Commissioning Hub has released an updated contractor information pack with refreshed guidance on key operational processes. It includes clearer information on contacting the commissioning team, NHS.net shared mailboxes, Profile Manager, MYS, MHRA alerts, safeguarding, controlled drugs, waste queries, service suspensions, complaints, incidents, and more.
