The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) are looking to recruit TWO new members for the Mentoring Advisory Group

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) are looking to expand and recruit TWO new members for our Mentoring Advisory Group.

What is the Mentoring Advisory Group?

The main aim of the Mentoring Advisory Group is to provide a source of expertise on mentoring, contributing to the development of a high-quality mentoring offer, by providing feedback and commenting on mentoring initiatives and ideas, ensuring that the developments meet the needs of mentees and mentors.

The Mentoring Advisory Group have formal meetings via Zoom three times in one year and in person once a year, usually in the summer. Members are expected to attend all meetings where possible.

To ensure the Mentoring Advisory Group is diverse and has representation from all pharmacy settings, we are specifically looking to recruit:

–           A community pharmacist

–           An early careers pharmacist (within their first 3 years of practice)
